Frontier Group Unit To Terminate Leases For 13 A320neo Aircraft

Frontier Group Holdings, Inc. said in a SEC filing that a unit will terminate leases for 13 A320neo aircraft.
The company expects non-cash charges of $60 million-$80 million in Q3 and Q4 2026, according to the filing.
Frontier Group said the 13 aircraft are to be returned in the second half of 2026, reducing lease assets and liabilities by $260 million.
Cash charges and replacement aircraft
The early return agreement is expected to result in cash charges of $90 million-$120 million in Q3 and Q4 2026, the filing said.
Frontier Group also said it will lease 10 A321neo aircraft from AerCap, with deliveries scheduled from Q4 2026 to Q1 2027.
