Frontier Nuclear and Minerals announces shareholder meeting

Frontier Nuclear and Minerals will hold its annual general meeting via Zoom videoconference on Aug. 25, 2026.
Shareholders will vote on setting the board size at six directors.
The meeting will also vote on the election of directors, including Nachum Labkowski, Shlomo Kievman, Jack Wortzman, plus others.
Items include reappointing De Visser Gray LLP as auditor for the ensuing year, with directors authorized to fix remuneration.
