Board appointments ahead of annual meeting
Frontier Nuclear and Minerals appointed Joshua Girnun, co-founder and managing partner of Ridge Metals Group, to its board ahead of the Aug. 25 annual meeting.
Girnun previously co-founded a metals and mining subject-matter expert team at JPMorgan Chase focused on opportunities across geographies and commodities.
Donal Carroll joins as audit committee chair
Donal Carroll joined the board; he is CFO of Quantum BioPharma with more than 20 years of corporate finance leadership and public-company experience.
The audit committee was reconstituted and is chaired by Carroll; Girnun joined alongside Jack Wortzman.
