For the six months ended Dec. 31, 2025, net loss widened to CAD 14.95 million from CAD 2.36 million.
Expense growth was driven mainly by non-cash stock-based compensation of CAD 12.34 million, up from CAD 169,066.
Consulting fees rose to CAD 1.97 million, reflecting heavier corporate activity tied to the GUE acquisition and the Kadmos investment.
Other income totaled CAD 2.09 million, led by CAD 1.03 million in unrealized investment gains, CAD 861,340 in realized gains, and CAD 365,492 in interest income.
Operating cash outflow increased to CAD 4.44 million; investing outflows jumped to CAD 37.82 million, largely from CAD 28.03 million in short-term loans.
