Nasdaq deficiency notice over delayed filing
Frontier Nuclear and Minerals received a Nasdaq deficiency letter for failing to file a Form 6-K with interim financials for the six months ended Dec. 31, 2025.
The non-compliance relates to Nasdaq Listing Rule 5250(c)(2). The notice does not immediately affect trading or the listing.
Nasdaq plans to flag the stock as non-compliant in its market data systems within five business days of the notice date.
