FS KKR Capital Q3 net investment income per share rises
FSK•FS KKR Capital’s third-quarter net investment income per share rose to $0.46 from $0.44 in the second quarter. The company repurchased about 6 million shares for $69 million and declared a fourth-quarter distribution of $0.44 per share plus a $0.20 special distribution.

Net investment income per share rose to $0.46 from $0.44 in the second quarter. Net asset value per share was $18.28, slightly lower than in the prior quarter, and operating expenses were $177 million.

FS KKR Capital repurchased about 6 million shares for $69 million during the quarter. The company reported $442 million in repayments and said it expects its portfolio to shift toward more first lien exposure in coming quarters. The weighted average annual yield on accruing debt investments increased to 10.0% from 9.8% in the second quarter. It declared a fourth-quarter 2026 distribution of $0.44 per share and a $0.20 special distribution.
