The FTC sent Lantheus and Curium US Holdings requests for additional information on October 21, 2026. The waiting period will extend until 30 days after both parties substantially comply with the requests, unless the FTC ends it sooner. Under their August 3, 2026, merger agreement, Lantheus will become a wholly owned subsidiary of Curium; both parties still expect the deal to close in the first half of 2027, subject to clearance and other closing conditions.
