FuelCell Energy highlights USD 3.6 billion capacity backlog in investor presentation

FuelCell Energy outlined its push into AI data centers, citing a Fit Energy agreement for up to 380 MW with a 30 MW deposit.
Backlog totaled USD 3.6 billion as of July 31, 2026, including USD 1.3 billion committed and USD 2.4 billion awarded capacity.
Production, liquidity and carbon capture update
Annualized production rate is expected to reach 100 MW in October 2026, while the Torrington expansion targets 500 MW capacity by June 2028.
Liquidity stood at USD 737 million as of July 31, 2026, and the company is targeting positive adjusted EBITDA in Q4 FY2027.
Carbon capture work also advanced, with two modules delivered and installed at Exxon Mobil’s Rotterdam complex.
