FuelCell Energy named Matthew Latino executive vice president, CFO and treasurer effective Oct. 7, 2026, replacing Michael S. Bishop, who stepped down Oct. 6.

1. CFO transition

Latino previously served as senior vice president of finance and segment CFO for Measurement & Control Solutions at Xylem. Bishop will remain as senior advisor to the CEO from Oct. 7, 2026, through April 6, 2027.
