Fusion Fuel Green amended its Feb. 18, 2026 share exchange agreement with Royal Uranium shareholders on June 11, 2026.
The deal terms were revised to increase the referenced share figure to 81,881,029 from 78,581,029.
The transaction’s schedule of Royal Uranium shareholders and related share allocations was replaced with an updated version.
