Fusion Fuel Green files prospectus supplement for up to $6.62 million ATM equity offering

Fusion Fuel Green entered an at-the-market equity distribution agreement with H.C. Wainwright to sell Class A ordinary shares.
A new prospectus supplement covers up to $6.62 million of Class A ordinary shares for sale under the agreement.
The company previously sold 256,597 shares for about $2.81 million under the same agreement, before fees and expenses.
No sales occurred on or after Dec. 12, 2025; the company can suspend sales or terminate the agreement with 10 business days’ notice.
Wainwright’s commission is set at 3% of gross proceeds, and expense reimbursements include up to $60,000 in legal fees.
