Fusion Fuel Green revises share and warrant counts in amended Aug. 7 PIPE filing
HTOO•Amended Form 6-K corrects PIPE issuance counts
Fusion Fuel Green amended its Aug. 7, 2026 Form 6-K filing to correct the number of Class A shares and shares issuable from warrants.
The August 2026 PIPE transaction now includes:
- 421,563 Class A shares
- 176,468 pre-funded warrants
- 598,031 common warrants
The projected aggregate gross proceeds from the issuance were revised to about $1.53 million.
