Fusion Fuel Green signed three interest-free, unsecured loans with Ilustrato Pictures, totaling $440,000 across December 2025, February 2026, and March 2026.
The loans were tied to extending a shareholder-approval deadline under a stock purchase deal to March 31, 2026, and then to June 30, 2026.
Repayment is due on the earliest of one year from each agreement, conversion of Ilustrato’s preferred shares, or Ilustrato exiting its shareholding.
The March 2026 loan was secured by Ilustrato’s preferred shares and covers amounts owed under the March 2026 and February 2026 loan agreements.
The company reported $230,000 advanced under the loan agreements, including $80,000 to Ilustrato and $150,000 to an Ilustrato-designated entity.
