Future Vision II Acquisition Corp. will hold an extraordinary general meeting in Shanghai, China on Aug. 21, 2026.
Shareholders will vote on amending the company’s memorandum and articles to extend the business-combination deadline to Sept. 13, 2026.
The amendment would allow up to 12 one-month extensions through Sept. 13, 2027, funded by monthly sponsor deposits into the trust account.
A separate vote will be held to amend the trust agreement to align it with the extended timeline and monthly extension funding.
Shareholders will also consider an adjournment proposal if more time is needed to secure votes on the extension items.
