Gabelli Multimedia Trust launches at-the-market offering of up to 22,000,000 shares

Gabelli Multimedia Trust amended its at-the-market equity distribution agreement with G.research, allowing sales of up to 22,000,000 common shares.

Stock can be sold from time to time through the sales manager in at-the-market transactions. The minimum sale price is set at net asset value per share plus the per-share sales commission.

The fund commenced the offering on July 27, 2026 under its existing shelf registration statement.
