Gain Therapeutics to present long-term Phase 1b extension data for Parkinson’s drug rexaceract at MDS Congress
GANX•Gain Therapeutics said it will present long-term open-label extension data for rexaceract in Parkinson’s disease on Oct. 7, 2026. The Phase 1b extension allows dosing for up to 12 months in patients with or without a GBA1 mutation.

Gain Therapeutics disclosed a poster on long-term open-label data for rexaceract in Parkinson’s disease, scheduled for presentation on Oct. 7, 2026, at the MDS Congress. The Phase 1b trial extension allows dosing for up to 12 months in patients with or without a GBA1 mutation.
2. Earlier trial findings
Earlier Phase 1 results in healthy volunteers showed the oral drug was generally safe and demonstrated biological activity consistent with its target.
