Galaxy Digital Completes 133 MW Phase I Delivery Under 15-Year Lease to CoreWeave
GLXY•Galaxy Digital has completed Phase I of its Helios data center campus, delivering 133 MW of critical IT capacity to CoreWeave under a 15-year lease that commenced rent in Q2 2026. Phase II greenfield development for 260 MW is progressing, with initial data hall deliveries due in H1 2027.
1. Phase I Completion and Delivery
Galaxy Digital has delivered approximately 200 MW of gross power, including 133 MW of critical IT load, to CoreWeave under a 15-year lease. The handover marks the end of major construction work for Phase I and the transition of the Helios campus to operational status.
2. Commencement of Revenue Operations
Rent under the Phase I lease began in Q2 2026 as scheduled, instantly converting the 133 MW of IT load into a revenue stream. This achievement underscores Galaxy’s ability to execute large-scale, AI-ready infrastructure projects on time and on budget.
3. Phase II Development Underway
Civil and structural work has started on Phase II’s 260 MW critical IT build, with greenfield development advancing across the 2,200-acre site. Initial data hall deliveries for the second phase are slated to commence in the first half of 2027.
4. Long-Term Campus Expansion and Strategy
Helios’s approved capacity now stands at 1.63 GW with potential to expand to 3.6 GW, supporting CoreWeave’s commitment to 526 MW across Phases I–III. The full 800 MW of gross power under contract is expected to generate over $1 billion in average annual revenue, solidifying Galaxy’s multi-gigawatt AI data center platform.
