Reinhardt was head of investor relations, marketing and communications at Perella Weinberg since its 2021 Nasdaq listing.
Earlier roles included investor relations and corporate communications posts at Apollo Global Management and Teneo Holdings.
She replaces Jonathan Goldowsky, who moved to co-head of Europe.
