Galaxy Digital priced a USD 3.51 billion private offering of 9.875% senior secured notes due 2031.
Proceeds earmarked for a Texas data center buildout totaling 400 MW of utility capacity, 260 MW of critical IT capacity.
Offering expected to close July 28, 2026, subject to market and other conditions.
Notes pay semiannual cash interest starting Feb. 1, 2027, mature Aug. 1, 2031.
