GLXY•Proceeds to fund Texas data center project
Proceeds are earmarked to fund part of a Texas data center project totaling 400 MW of utility capacity and 260 MW of critical IT capacity.
The offering is expected to close July 28, 2026, subject to market conditions.

Galaxy Digital priced a $3.51 billion private offering of 9.875% senior secured notes due 2031 via an indirect subsidiary.
The notes pay 9.875% interest semi-annually starting Feb. 1, 2027, and mature on Aug. 1, 2031.
