Galaxy Digital releases transcript of Q2 2026 earnings call

Galaxy Digital’s Q2 2026 earnings call drew CEO Michael Novogratz, CFO Anthony Paquette, CIO/President Christopher Ferraro, and IR head Jonathan Goldowsky.
The company reported a GAAP net loss of USD 85 million, or USD 0.09 per share. Firm-wide Adjusted EBITDA was negative USD 77 million.
Expansion in Texas and new product initiatives
Galaxy added three Texas sites — Merlin, Caspian and Selene — bringing total potential power capacity to more than 5.7 gigawatts.
The company also signed a multi-year agreement with Bank of New York covering digital asset infrastructure, including staking support, with engineers deployed on-site.
Galaxy launched GOFR; it cited nearly USD 300 million of loan originations, alongside new OTC prediction markets and an on-chain vault curation offering.
Helios development, financing, and leasing activity
Helios Phase I delivered 133 megawatts of critical IT to CoreWeave; Phase I is expected to post about USD 80 million in leasing revenue in Q3.
