Game Your Game formed Altus Sports Group, a majority-owned subsidiary expanding into athlete management, sports marketing, media, and intellectual property.
Game Your Game will own 70% of ASG; the UK-based founding team and employees will hold the remaining 30%.
ASG will target talent representation and athlete branding, aiming to pair agent networks with Game Your Game’s AI-driven sports technology platform.
Altus Sports Group will be led by Michele Rinchiuso as CEO, with Mohammed Majid, Ehsen Shah, and Patryk Strojny in senior roles.
