GameSquare posted Q2 2026 revenue of $18.5 million, more than doubled from a year earlier; GAAP net loss widened to $10.6 million.
Gross margin rose to 49%, up 19.6 percentage points year over year; GAAP gross profit climbed to $9 million.
Non-GAAP adjusted EBITDA turned positive at $1 million, versus a $3.2 million loss a year earlier.
Digital asset losses and outlook
The loss included $7.8 million in realized and unrealized losses on digital assets and investment in ETH fund.
GameSquare reiterated its 2026 proforma revenue outlook of $85 million-$90 million, gross margin of 35%-40%, and adjusted EBITDA of over $5 million.
