Gaming and Leisure Properties posted Q2 revenue up 9% to USD 430.5 million, with GAAP net income rising to USD 234.9 million.
GAAP operating income climbed to USD 332.4 million; non-GAAP adjusted EBITDA increased 12.2% to USD 405.5 million.
Non-GAAP AFFO grew 10.1% to USD 304 million, while the quarterly dividend was raised to USD 0.82 a share from USD 0.78.
Guidance lifted for 2026 non-GAAP AFFO to USD 1.219 billion-USD 1.225 billion, or USD 4.10-USD 4.12 per diluted share.
Management flagged USD 191 million of Q2 tenant development investment, with 2026 total development spend still seen at USD 750 million-USD 800 million.
