GAP September passenger traffic falls 7.3% y/y
PAC•Grupo Aeroportuario del Pacífico reported September passenger traffic fell 7.3% year over year to 4,081,900, while the load factor rose to 81.0% from 80.7%.
1. Traffic declines
Passenger traffic at the company's airports in Mexico fell 6.7%, as airline seat capacity declined 7.2%. Domestic passengers dropped 9.5% to 2,552,100, while international passengers slipped 3.2% to 1,529,800. Traffic at Montego Bay fell 16.6% to 238,300, and Kingston traffic decreased 3.8% to 132,400.
