Garanti BBVA launches share buyback program of up to TRY 11 billion
BBVA•Garanti BBVA approved a three-year share buyback program starting November 4, 2026, with up to TRY 11 billion allocated and repurchases capped at an aggregate nominal value of 85 million.
1. Buyback terms
Garanti BBVA's board resolved on November 3, 2026, to launch the program. The board will recommend cancelling the acquired shares at the General Assembly meeting after the program ends.
