The 47mm titanium watch offers a 1.4" AMOLED display, 15-day battery life and remote vessel-control features, strengthening Garmin’s marine segment.

Garmin today announced the quatix 8 Pro, a 47 mm AMOLED nautical smartwatch equipped with two-way inReach® satellite and LTE cellular connectivity. Available January 16, 2026, the device offers text messaging, voice calling and SOS capabilities up to 50 miles offshore without a paired phone. Designed for marine operations, the watch features an enhanced boat mode that prioritizes vessel-connected apps—autopilot control, Force® trolling motor commands and chartplotter voice navigation—when activated, then reverts to everyday fitness and wellness tracking ashore. With a scratch-resistant sapphire lens, titanium bezel and up to 15 days of battery life in smartwatch mode, the quatix 8 Pro also supports remote control of onboard entertainment and lighting systems, wireless Garmin Pay™, health monitoring and over 100 activity profiles including wakesurfing and water skiing.
