Garmin unveils FDA-cleared Natural Cycles support for fēnix 8, Venu 4 and X1 watches
Garmin has integrated fēnix 8, Forerunner 570/970, Venu 4 and Venu X1 smartwatches with the FDA-cleared Natural Cycles app to deliver overnight skin-temperature fertility insights. The integration is available in nine markets including the United States, European Union, Canada, Brazil, Australia and Singapore.

Garmin now syncs skin temperature measured during sleep from compatible smartwatches to the FDA-cleared Natural Cycles app, converting data into daily fertility status for non-hormonal birth control and pregnancy planning. Data is automatically transferred each morning to empower personalized cycle insights.

Compatibility extends to fēnix 8, Forerunner 570/970, Venu 4 and Venu X1 models, leveraging built-in sensors for continuous skin temperature tracking overnight. Users simply wear their device to bed and open the Natural Cycles app for seamless data import.
