Gauzy’s court-appointed administrators have set creditor meetings for Aug. 27 to vote on a proposed debt settlement.
Separate votes are scheduled for preferential, secured, and unsecured creditor classes, with meetings held in person or via Zoom.
Ballots must be submitted by noon Israel time on Aug. 27 for creditors who do not attend.
The Tel Aviv-Jaffa District Court has set a Sept. 6 hearing to consider approval of the debt settlement.
