Nasdaq delisting notice on bid-price and filing issues
Gauzy received a Nasdaq delisting notice dated Sept. 15, 2026, targeting its securities for removal from the Nasdaq Global Market.
Nasdaq cited the ordinary shares trading below $1 for 30 straight business days, with the company failing to regain compliance by Sept. 14, 2026.
Delisting also was tied to the failure to file its Form 20-F for the year ended Dec. 31, 2025.
