Gauzy won final Tel Aviv-Jaffa District Court sign-off for a comprehensive debt settlement, effective Sept. 8, 2026.
The plan resolves about $61 million of pre-petition liabilities, spanning secured, employee, priority, and unsecured claims.
Creditors backing the settlement represented 98.96% of voting claims, including 100% support from secured lenders.
