Launched in 2018, the strategy now manages $2.6 billion while union hours have increased more than tenfold since 2021.

Through year-end 2025, GCM Grosvenor’s Infrastructure Advantage Strategy generated $42.3 billion in projected economic impact, of which $12.2 billion was income earned, $4.2 billion was estimated tax revenue and 47.4 million cumulative union work hours, including 13.5 million hours in 2025 alone.
2. Sector Performance Details
Digital infrastructure investments supported approximately 77,000 jobs and $27 billion in economic impact, while transportation and electrification projects sustained about 35,000 jobs. Utility-scale solar, energy storage and supply chain initiatives further contributed to regional employment growth and strengthened critical logistics networks.
3. Strategy Growth and Labor Alignment
Since its 2018 launch, the strategy’s assets under management have grown to $2.6 billion, with cumulative union labor hours rising over tenfold since 2021. A Responsible Contractor Policy ensures fair wages, strong benefits, safe working conditions and workforce training in partnership with skilled union labor.
