Executive bonus plan and salary update

GCT Semiconductor rolled out an executive incentive cash-bonus plan for 2H 2026, tied to 2026 revenue targets plus individual KPI goals.

Target payout set at 25% of 2H 2026 base salary for CEO John Schlaefer, CFO Edmond Cheng, SVP Alex Sum.
CTO Jeongmin Kim also set at a 25% target payout under the same 2H 2026 plan.
Edmond Cheng’s annual base salary will rise to $330,383 from $304,500, effective Oct. 1, 2026.
