GE Aerospace signed an MOU with Magellan Aerospace to set up F414-GE-39E engine MRO capability in Canada.
The plan hinges on Canada selecting Saab’s Gripen E for its future fighter fleet. Magellan’s Mississauga site would perform sustainment work under GE training and licensing as Canada’s domestic center of excellence.
