GE Aerospace names Wes Bush independent lead director, replacing Tom Horton

GE Aerospace elected Wes Bush as independent lead director, effective Sept. 21, 2026.
Bush has served as an independent director since 2025. He previously led Northrop Grumman as chairman and CEO.
Bush also serves on the boards of Dow and General Motors.
