GE HealthCare names AT&T CFO Pascal Desroches to board effective Jan. 4, 2027

GE HealthCare named AT&T CFO Pascal Desroches to its board, effective Jan. 4, 2027.
Desroches has been AT&T CFO since 2021 and plans to retire from the telecom group on Dec. 31, 2026.
He previously served as CFO of WarnerMedia, overseeing finance, global real estate and technology across HBO, Turner Broadcasting and Warner Bros.
Earlier roles include KPMG, the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, and board seats at Honeywell Aerospace and the Federal Reserve Bank of Dallas.
