1. $30 Million Italy Plant Expansion

GE Vernova is investing $30 million to expand manufacturing capacity at its Sesto San Giovanni, Italy facility, adding advanced dry-type bushing production lines for resin-impregnated paper and synthetic bushings up to 245 kV.

2. Strategic Electrification Investment Plan

This expansion is part of an $11 billion investment from 2025 to 2028 to enhance high-voltage transmission and generation capabilities. Philippe Piron, CEO of the Electrification segment, said expanding capacity strengthens a strategic capability in the fastest-growing segment and secures supply for large-scale power programs.

3. Strong Stock Momentum and Technical Signals

Shares have gained 178.87% over the past 12 months and trade near their 52-week high, sitting 27.4% above the 100-day SMA. An RSI of 73.36 indicates overbought conditions that could temper further gains.
