Debt maturity extension and operating update
The company extended the $15.2 million term-loan maturity to July 13, 2027 ; monthly amortization of $1 million starts Oct. 1, 2026 .
CEO Richard Danforth cited delayed CROWS II deliveries and paced Puerto Rico project work, and said those constraints have been resolved, with payments now arriving. •
