Genelux said cash as of June 30, 2026 was about $19 million. Quarterly operating cash burn averaged about $7 million, and the company projected a cash runway into Q1 2027.
Olvi-Vec ovarian cancer program and Phase 3 trial
Genelux highlighted its pivotal Phase 3 OnPrime/GOG-3076 trial of Olvi-Vec in platinum-resistant or -refractory ovarian cancer.
Topline Phase 3 results are expected in 2H 2026, and the company cited FDA alignment as potentially supporting traditional approval without a confirmatory trial.
Phase 2 VIRO-15 data were also cited, including:
- ORR of 54% by RECIST
- Median PFS of 11 months
- Median OS of 15.7 months
The data were based on 27 patients.
