Genenta Science said Genenta-backed Sòphia High Tech appointed a new board to steer expansion in aerospace and defense.
Founder-led management confirmed: Antonio Caraviello was named CEO and chairman; Raffaele Sansone was set as COO; and Domenico Borrelli was appointed CTO.
Genenta representatives Pierluigi Paracchi and Gianfranco de Nigris joined the board, and Paolo Salvato was named board observer.
