Genenta Science held an extraordinary shareholder meeting Sept. 10, 2026, but deferred a proposed corporate name change.
The by-law amendment to rename the company Saentra Forge was not put to a vote following shareholder requests.
Management cited ongoing reviews of communications, branding, and corporate identity strategy, with more time needed for shareholder consultations.
The meeting will reconvene Oct. 8, 2026, at 5:00 p.m. CET to consider the proposal.
