Generac issues Amazon affiliate warrant for up to 1,693,745 shares at USD 200.93 each in unregistered sale

Generac entered a transaction agreement with Amazon on Sept. 16, 2026, issuing an unregistered warrant to Amazon’s subsidiary.

• The warrant covers up to 1,693,745 shares at an exercise price of $200.93 per share.
• 307,954 shares vested immediately; the remaining tranches vest based on up to $8 billion of generator purchases for Amazon data centers.
