GD•General Dynamics named President Danny Deep as CEO effective Jan. 1, 2027, succeeding Phebe Novakovic, who will become executive chairman.
1. Leadership transition
Deep has spent 25 years at General Dynamics and has served as president since 2025. His earlier roles included executive vice president of Global Operations and Combat Systems, and president of Land Systems.
