Generation Essentials says it will consider measures to regain NYSE $1 share-price compliance
TGE•NYSE notice on share-price minimum
The Generation Essentials Group received an NYSE notice for falling below the US$1 minimum trading-price standard for its Class A ordinary shares.
The company said it has a six-month cure period to regain compliance. Failure to meet the US$1 tests could trigger suspension, then delisting procedures.
Planned response and share repurchases
The company said it plans to monitor trading conditions, consider measures to address the price-driven non-compliance, then continue previously announced share repurchase programs.
It said it had repurchased 284,538 Class A ordinary shares under existing programs as of Sept. 11, 2026.
