Genesco Elevates 20-Year Veteran Ashley Randolph to Chief Accounting Officer
Genesco has appointed Ashley Randolph, a 20-year veteran who has served as Vice President and Corporate Controller since 2024, as Vice President and Chief Accounting Officer effective May 5, 2026. In her new role, she will oversee accounting operations, financial controls, SEC reporting and drive efficiency across the finance function.

Genesco has appointed Ashley Randolph, a 20-year company veteran, as Vice President and Chief Accounting Officer effective May 5, 2026. She transitions into this role after serving as Vice President and Corporate Controller since 2024.
2. Role and Responsibilities
In her new position, Randolph will oversee all accounting operations, financial controls, accounting policy and SEC reporting. She will also drive ongoing efficiency improvements across the finance function to support the company’s footwear-first strategy.
3. Career and Achievements
Since joining Genesco in 2004, Randolph has held roles of increasing responsibility in finance and accounting, leading the adoption of new accounting standards and modernizing SEC and compliance processes. Prior to Genesco, she was a senior auditor at Deloitte & Touche and holds a CPA and an accounting degree from Lipscomb University.
