Genius Group announced a $0.10 per-share cash loyalty bonus for shareholders who hold shares in book-entry form for six months.
Eligibility requires shares to be registered in book entry by 4:30 p.m. ET on July 31, 2026.
Shares must remain in book entry through 4:30 p.m. ET on Jan. 30, 2027 to qualify.
The bonus equals a 59% return based on the $0.17 closing share price on July 24, 2026.
