Genius Group said its initial GENIUSpark rollout targets 100 MW of AI compute and $1 billion in annual revenue. Each 9.9 MW site is projected to generate more than $100 million in annual revenue and about $35 million in net profit, a 35% margin; local community funds would receive 10% of site net profit, or a targeted $3.5 million annually per full-sized site. The company targets build costs below $10 million per MW, using refurbished accelerators, modular facilities and on-site power, and says expansion toward 1 GW within the next decade would use project-level debt and equity financing shared with joint venture partners.
