Genmab partners with Incyte on metastatic colorectal cancer trial

Genmab entered a clinical trial collaboration with Incyte for a Phase 1/2 study testing petosemtamab with INCB161734 and chemotherapy as first-line treatment for KRAS G12D-mutated metastatic colorectal cancer. Incyte will co-fund the study and provide clinical supplies of INCB161734.
