Genmab reported late-stage Phase 1/2 results from the RAINFOL-01 trial of investigational antibody-drug conjugate Rina-S in platinum-resistant ovarian cancer. Results were presented in a late-breaking oral session at the International Gynecologic Cancer Society Congress 2026.
2. Study details
The study showed durable, clinically meaningful tumor responses in a heavily pretreated population, with activity across folate receptor alpha expression levels. Genmab highlighted manageable tolerability; four Phase 3 trials across ovarian and endometrial settings continue to advance.
