Genpact said it has partnered with Nestlé Business Solutions to set up a new Nestlé Global Capability Center in Hyderabad, India. The center is intended to support process transformation across Nestlé.
Focus on AI-driven operations and process consistency
Genpact said the center will use AI, agentic AI, automation, and process intelligence to improve digital adoption, operational visibility, and process consistency. Genpact will help run the GCC as an innovation hub for Nestlé.
